These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amusement Co. Records website, membership programs, event tickets, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing the site or purchasing a membership or tickets, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You can purchase a membership without logging in first. We may create or update an account using the email you provide at checkout so your membership can be linked and you can sign in later. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping login access under your control. Do not share account credentials intended for your personal membership or tickets.

Membership

Paid membership tiers and pricing are shown at checkout and may change over time for new subscribers. Membership benefits (such as member events, presale windows, or discounts) are described on the membership page and in your account; benefits may vary by tier and are not guaranteed for every event.

• Memberships are billed through Stripe on the interval you select (for example monthly or yearly).
• You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise or applicable law requires it.
• After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid period, then ends.
• We may suspend or terminate membership for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or material breach of these Terms.

Events and tickets

Event listings, times, lineups, and ticket types may change. Capacity is limited. Member or social-club events may be first-come, first-served even when you hold a valid membership or ticket.

• Some events may require an additional ticket or cover charge beyond membership.
• Tickets are generally non-transferable unless we expressly allow transfer for that event.
• Checked-in or used credentials cannot be reused. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets may be refused.
• Refunds and exchanges, if any, are handled case-by-case or as stated for a specific event sale.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing. Prices are shown before you confirm purchase. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan or tickets, including renewals until you cancel.

Conduct

You agree not to disrupt events or the venue, harass others, circumvent access controls, scrape or attack the Services, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We may refuse entry or revoke access without refund when necessary for safety or policy enforcement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and media are owned by Amusement Co. Records or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listed benefit will be available at every event.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amusement Co. Records and its organizers, artists, and venue partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the membership or tickets giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid memberships will be communicated in a reasonable way when required.
